We are looking for a CAD Drafter to join our engineering delivery team in Beirut. You will produce construction, fabrication and shop drawings for architecture, civil and MEP projects on behalf of client engineering practices in the Gulf, Europe and North America.
What you will do
- Prepare and revise 2D drawings in AutoCAD and 3D models in Revit from engineer markups and sketches.
- Produce drawing sets to the client’s own layer, title block and layout standards.
- Carry out checks for clashes, missing dimensions and drawing consistency before issue.
- Track revisions and keep drawing registers up to date.
- Join short handover calls with client engineers during their working hours.
What we are looking for
- Technical diploma or degree in drafting, civil, architectural or mechanical engineering.
- Two or more years producing drawings in AutoCAD, plus working knowledge of Revit.
- Comfortable reading engineering markups and specifications in English.
- Accuracy and attention to detail under delivery deadlines.
- Written and spoken English. French or Arabic is an advantage.
