There is no recruitment fee and no minimum term.
How fast can a drafter or modeller start?
Named profiles and a rate within 24 to 48 hours, three working days at the outside. For CAD and BIM roles a start about two weeks out is normal. Specialist engineering roles take three to four weeks.
Which tools and levels of detail do you work to?
Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, from LOD 100 to 500, including Scan to BIM and rebar shop drawings. The team works in your templates and standards.
Who owns the drawings and models?
You do. An NDA is signed before we see anything of yours, and IP is assigned to you. The team can work inside your own systems and VPN, so files never need to leave your environment.
Can we start with one person?
Yes. One person is a normal start. You interview every candidate before they start, and if someone is not the right fit we replace them at our cost. Notice is 30 days.
